Acting President announces Wike “Mr Projects”

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo has announced that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike deserves the title of “Mr Projects” due to the number of projects carried out by his administration so far.

Osinbajo also said that
Rivers State is very important to the government.

The Acting President made the comments on Monday, February 13, during a state banquet organized in his honour at the Rivers State Government House.

“I think he deserves the title, ‘Mr Projects.’ He is indeed Mr Projects. As we came in today, we had to visit some project sites,” Osinbajo said according to a statement released by the Rivers government.

“Rivers State is very important to us.  We take matters concerning the state seriously. We will cooperate with the state to develop Nigeria.

“It is in the interest of our people and nation that we work together for the good of our people.  We need to get together to chart the pathway to growth,” he added.
